Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and if sealed in the original packaging.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.

You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was damaged or defective.

Faulty or Damaged Items
